I cook with intention
Cooking is a form of therapeutic ancestral communication for me, so I approach every dish with care, meaning, and presence—building flavor in a way that feels grounding and restorative.
I blend roots with classical training
I learned to cook in my mother’s kitchen first, then deepened my craft through classical culinary training at Monroe College—so I can bring comfort, technique, and global inspiration to your table.
I stay curious with flavor
My secret in the kitchen is expanding my consciousness around how I pair ingredients, challenging assumptions, and creating new, refreshing, inspiring flavors that still feel balanced and nourishing.
